N31 VR is an innovative cross-platform realm that allows individuals from across the globe to engage in a unique social experience. This non-commercial, educational project offers a 3D space that is as diverse as it is dynamic, featuring online meetings, interactive live shows, and continuous media streams.
In my role, I was responsible for modeling and texturing virtual spaces, creating scenes in Unity 3D, and optimizing them for mobile VR. This involved balancing visual quality with performance, including tasks like reducing polygon counts, optimizing textures, and light baking to enhance the environment’s look while ensuring smooth performance on mobile devices.
Once the space was developed, I published it on the AltspaceVR platform, where I also took charge of promoting and managing events. My responsibilities combined technical skills, creative design, and event management to bring the project to life.
Born out of a need for connection during the COVID-19 pandemic, this non-commercial, educational project offers a 3D space that is as diverse as it is dynamic, featuring online meetings, interactive live shows, and continuous media streams.
Drawing inspiration from the vibrant Ukrainian club, CLOSER, N31 VR has been meticulously sculpted with passion using Gravity Sketch and Blender.
The space was hosted on the AltSpace platform and was accessible from PC, Mac, and Oculus Quest.

Highlights include a special event commemorating the 25th anniversary of Pokemon, spirited Halloween festivities, and collaborative ventures with renowned promo groups like Cult Beat and BLUE/YELLOW.

The platform enriches the virtual experience with live-streamed events, enabling participants to indulge in the sights and sounds of DJ sets and an assortment of videos.
